Marc Joubert is a founding partner at Adaptive, helping oversee all daily operations and guiding creative decisions on the development and production departments. Prior to launching Adaptive, Joubert served as the President of the ONEXONE Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of children worldwide. For eight years, beginning in 2000, Joubert was the Senior Vice President at LivePlanet, the production hub for Matt Damon and Ben Affleck. At LivePlanet, Marc produced several noteworthy series, including the Emmy-nominated series Project Greenlight for HBO and Bravo, the feature film Running the Sahara and was the Executive Producer on the multiplatform Race to E3 for MTV and XBOX Live. Joubert’s credits also include features First Descent for Universal, Feast for Dimension, and The Battle of Shaker Heights for Miramax.
Marc is heavily involved with several charity organizations. He is a co-founder of H2O Africa (now Water.org) and sits on the Board of Directors of the Sean McDonough Children’s Foundation, as well as The Q Fund.
